Reservations Terms
- All rates subject to 11.416% Hawaii State Transient Accommodations Tax.
- 50% deposit is required with 7 days of reservation.
- $100 cleaning fee will be charged.
- Full prepayment is due 30 days prior to arrival and 60 days prior to arrival for Christmas reservations.
- Christmas rates (Dec. 23 - Jan. 1) $239 per night
- Special rates available for 28 day stays or longer.
- Extra charge for extra persons over stated occupancy.
- A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out.
- All rates and taxes are subject to change. Rates are per condominium, not per person.
- Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m.
Cancellation Policy
For a deposit refund, less a $100.00 fee, cancellation is required 30 days or more prior to arrival date.For cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained.
If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
