Welcome to our Kihei beach condominiums, our home away from home at the Maui Banyan in beatiful Kihei, Hawaii. We are the new owners of 2 side by side condos, perfect for family reunions, weddings, or for those groups who wish to vacation together in close proximity to the beach and to each other.


The BEACH at our Kihei Beach Condominium

Our air conditioned condos are just 60 steps away from the sand of one of the most uncrowded and beautiful fine-sand beaches in Maui. Hale Kamaole Beach Park II has some of the best swimming and snorkeling anywhere. There is a lifeguard station on the beach, and tidepool area on the south side, teeming with crabs, starfish, etc. It's also a great place to snorkel. We have beach towels, beach chairs and even large buckets of sand toys for the kids.

Our Kihei Beach Condos

 Each spacious, 1130 sq. ft. Kihei beach condominium has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, and is fully equipped with linens, towels, dishes, etc.
Master bedroom - one queen bed, TV, dresser & end tables, small lanai with lounge chairs, and a full bathroom.
Guest bedroom - two double beds, TV, dresser, an end table, small lanai with patio chairs, and a full bathroom.
Living room - the sofa folds out into a double bed, TV, CD stereo, coffee table, easy chair, and another small lanai. The lanai has a small table and patio chairs for eating outside.
Kitchen/dining area - the kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toast, blender, coffee maker and rice cooker. There is a table which seats four, plus two bar stools at the kitchen counter. All dishes, pots, pans, and even BBQ tools are provided.
Washer/dryer - for your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in each condo.
BBQ area- just outside our two front doors is a semi-private grassy area with a stone table and benches and a BBQ, perfect for family gatherings.

There is a phone in each condo. When we confirm your Kihei beach condominium booking, you will receive this phone number in the mail, along with instructions on picking up your keys, directions from the airport, etc.

Daily maid service for your Kihei affordable condo rentals is available upon request and will be charged extra.

Our Condominium Complex

The Maui Banyan is one of the most popular and requested condominium complexes in Kihei. The condos are larger than most, and the grounds are immaculately maintained. This Kihei beachfront rental has several pools and Jacuzzis, Kihei beach condominium view of one of the pools at Maui Banyan available, one of which is very close to either condominium. These gated pools also have separate BBQ facilities and restrooms. There is also a large tennis court in the complex. In addition, there is a concierge/event desk on the premises, where you can book your excursions, or get advice on trips, luaus, etc.

Special Discounts - Affordable Condo Rental

During low season at ourKihei beach condominiums, when there are just a few dates between bookings, or within two weeks, (subject to availability), we do give special discounts. Please view our availability calendar and contact us directly for these discounts.

Things to Do In Maui at our Kihei Vacation Condominium

  • Relax on the beach
  • Snorkeling, scuba and snuba diving
  • Golf (nearby in Wailea)
  • Surfing (there's a great surfing beach 5 minutes north of your Kihei beach condominium)
  • Fishing (lots of excursions)
  • Whale watching (depends on the season), sometimes the whales swim in pods very  close to the beach and you can see them from the sand!
  • Aquarium (see the tour desk)
  • Shopping (within walking distance of our Kihei beachfront rental, or go to Lahaina for the afternoon)
  • Luaus (the Marriott in Wailea has a great one.)
  • Take a boat to Lanai and visit the pineapple plantations.
  • Try a helicopter ride
  • Take a snorkel trip to Molokini for the best snorkeling you could imagine.
  • Sit on the beach and watch the sunset from the beach Kihei resort.

 If you wish to reserve either one or both of our Kihei affordable condos, please view our Kihei beach condominium availability calendar, and then email us directly at hannekej@aol.com with your desired dates. We will contact you within 24 hours, and confirm your reservation with a deposit on your credit card.
